Terms & Conditions

In addition to the Contractual Conditions of WorldWide Village Travel Ltd. the following cancellation policy is valid for your trip:

Payment Conditions
At the time of registration a deposit of 10% of the tour fare is due. The final balance due must be received 60 days before the start of the client’s journey. WorldWide Village Travel will issue the respective invoices.

Cancellation charges
In case of cancellation by the client, the following percentage of the total price will be charged:
Until 91 days prior to the scheduled pearture date: free of charge
90 – 45 days prior to the scheduled departure date: non-refundable down payment
44 – 31 days prior to  the scheduled departure date: 50% of the total amount
30 – 0 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 100% of the total amount.

Cancellation of additional services
Unless otherwise stated, all by the client prebooked additional services (e.g. pre- and/or postnights at hotels, transfers, rental cars and many more) related are non refundable after booking. In case of full cancellation of the tour by WorldWide Village Travel Ltd. the down payment as well as prebookd pre- and/or postnights will be refunded by the operator.
